Shipping Policy

At Lavender Library Press, we want your books, journals, and goodies to get to you safely and as quickly as possible!

Where your orders come from:

• Amazon: Most books are fulfilled through Amazon, so shipping, packaging, and tracking are handled by them.

• Printful: Custom journals, apparel, and other Printful items are fulfilled and shipped directly by Printful. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

• TeePublic: Custom journals, apparel, and other TeePublic items are fulfilled and shipped directly by TeePublic. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

• RedBubble: Custom journals, apparel, and other RedBubble items are fulfilled and shipped directly by RedBubble. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

• Direct from Lavender Library Press: All items ordered directly from LLP are fulfilled by Ashley and shipped through Canada Post. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
   

Processing & delivery times:

• Amazon orders: Follow their standard processing and delivery times.

• Printful, TeePublic, and RedBubble items: Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product and your location. Tracking is provided automatically.

• Direct orders from LLP: Will ship within 2-3 business days.
   

Shipping costs:

Costs are included or calculated at checkout, based on various options. 
Occasionally, free or discounted shipping may be offered on certain items or promotions. Be sure to check the home page for any specials! 

Tracking your order:

• Amazon, TeePublic, RedBubble, and Printful provide tracking automatically.

• Direct orders from Lavender Library Press will include a Canada Post tracking number via email once shipped.

 

Delays & lost packages:
Occasionally, shipping delays happen due to weather, high demand, or carrier issues. We’ll do our best to keep you updated from our side and will help through any shipping issues we can.

If a package is lost or damaged, contact us and we’ll do our best to help sort it out.
