Books Purchased via Amazon
Books fulfilled through Amazon follow Amazon’s return and refund policies. If you need a refund or exchange for a book, please reach out to Amazon directly—they’re happy to help!

Printful Items
Products created and shipped through Printful, like custom journals or apparel from the Goodie store, are covered by Printful’s policies. If there’s an issue with your item, you can contact Printful or reach out to us—we’ll help guide you through the process.

Goodie Bundles
Refunds for goodie bundles are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if there’s an issue—we want to make things right whenever we can.
