New at Lavender Library Press: Queer Merch, Queer Joy ✨

Lavender Library Press was started because queer creativity deserves to live everywhere, and not just in books or in the hidden corners of the world. It deserves to be normalized in the everyday things that bring us joy. That’s why we’ve been working behind the scenes on something new: print-on-demand queer merch!

We’re currently testing out a few platforms (Printful, which is connected to the Wix platform we use for our website, TeePublic, and Redbubble) to find the best mix of accessibility, affordability, and sustainability for our community. While we experiment, you’ll notice our designs popping up across these platforms so you can choose where to shop.

Our very first series is one that’s close to our hearts:

The Unapologetic LGBTQ+ Barcode: a classic, unapologetically requeerified design that wears its pride loudly.

And that’s not all! We’ve also been requeerifying bold statements—giving them a sleek, everyday look that works as well for casual wear as it does for the office. Some of our first drops include:

We’re only just getting started. This is our way of queerifying the everyday, with designs that spark conversation, empowerment, pride, and maybe even a little mischief.
