There’s a lot of noise in the world right now, especially here in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada (mini-Trump vibes, anyone?).... For queer folks, that noise isn’t just frustrating, it’s heavy; it's scary; it's consuming. It’s the constant hum of policies and rhetoric that make it harder to simply be. But through all the noise, I’m reminding myself (and you) that queer joy is resistance.

Lavender Library Press was started because queer creativity deserves to live everywhere, and not just in books or in the hidden corners of the world. It deserves to be normalized in the everyday things that bring us joy. That’s why we’ve been working behind the scenes on something new: print-on-demand queer merch!
