They need someone who can be real, who can clearly answer the questions they may be too afraid to ask, build their confidence, and help them navigate both learning and everyday life in a new language and culture. (Because we all know that starting over in a new country, or returning to learning as an adult, can be quite overwhelming.)

That's where I come in, using a supportive, encouraging, insightful, and solution-driven helping hand to help you reach your own goals in order to thrive, whatever that may look like for you.

With years of experience as a Canadian and International educator, I've worked with learners from many different cultures, languages, and cultural backgrounds. I've worked in multicultural settings, supported English language learners, developed educational resources, and helped students of all ages build the skills and confidence they need to succeed academically, professionally, and personally.

I've worn many hats throughout my career, including classroom teacher, English Department Head, Systems English Curriculum Coordinator, Systems Assessment & Evaluation Coordinator, Curriculum and Workbook Developer and Editor, writer, mentor, coach, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner. Along the way, I've had the privilege of working alongside people from around the world in an array of sectors, which has taught me that every human's journey is unique and every success story begins with someone who believes in them and guides them.

But titles and paperwork only tell part of the story.

What I really love is helping people discover that learning doesn't have an age limit, language barrier, or expiration date. Whether you're building confidence in English, preparing for a new career, adjusting to life in Canada, returning to school, or simply looking for someone to guide and encourage you along the way, I'm here to help you move forward one step at a time.
