Personalized & Professional Support for Teachers and Education Leaders

Sometimes Schools Don't Need Another Typical, Cookie-Cutter Teacher or Leader or Consultant....

They need someone who can step into the chaos, see the bigger picture, untangle the mess, and help transform an idea into something exceptional that leads to professional success short-term and long-term. (Because we all know, bureaucracy and burnout are real in the world of Education.)

That's where I come in, using a supportive, but tough love, insightful and experienced, solution-driven helping hand to reach that happily ever after moment that teachers, leaders, and other educational stakeholders may be looking for.

With years of experience as a Canadian and International educator, curriculum developer, and educational leader, I've helped teachers, schools, and educational organizations navigate everything from classroom management, leadership management, curriculum design and assessment to system-wide implementation and school improvement programs.

I've worn many hats throughout my Education and Leadership career, including classroom teacher, English Department Head, Systems English Curriculum Coordinator, Systems Assessment & Evaluation Coordinator, and Curriculum + Workbook Developer and Editor for the Maple Leaf World School Curriculum, and more. I've collaborated with teachers, principals, superintendents, curriculum writers, editors, and leadership teams to build educational programs that are practical, engaging, and internationally recognized and specifically tailored for multicultural and 21st-century classrooms.

But titles and paperwork only tell part of the story.

What I really love is helping people in education build resilience and to efficiently solve problems so that we can do our very best for each and every student for generations to come.

Whether you're a teacher learning, working with, or creating a new lesson plan, unit plan, or curriculum plan, refreshing an existing program, preparing for a new school year or accreditation process, designing assessments for your classroom or a system, mentoring teachers, organizing a large educational project, or simply wondering, "Where do we even begin?"  I can more than likely help, and I am happy to help.

Think of me as your Education Fairy Godmother.

No magic wand other than metre sticks, pens, pencils and whiteboard markers; I have plenty of Canadian, International, and Third Space experience, which provides me with creativity, fresh ideas, and a genuine passion for helping students, educators, leaders, (and anyone), succeed in a 21st-century, multicultural, educational setting.

Where the Magic Happens and Where I Can Happily Help

(This magic is designed for the professional and organizational side of education and can be tailored to educators, schools, and educational organizations at every level. If you're looking for support for K–12 students, one-on-one tutoring, or other home-based or personal educational services, please visit my other Fairy Godmother Support pages.)
